Stephen Augustus Wallace

Stephen Augustus Wallace founded Placement Stability Partners Ltd after experiencing repeated placement changes during his childhood. His lived experience is complemented by professional development in child psychology and Life Story Practice, enabling him to combine authentic understanding with professional knowledge and structured, trauma-informed support.

“I understand placement instability not only professionally, but personally. As someone who grew up in care and experienced repeated placement changes, I know how uncertainty can affect a young person’s identity, education, relationships and sense of belonging. Placement Stability Partners was created to help children and young people receive consistent, meaningful support at the point when it can make the greatest difference.”
